Ross is lifelong social justice advocate, and is considered one of the world’s seminal thought leaders on identifying and addressing unconscious bias. He is the author of Everyday Bias:  Identifying and Navigating Unconscious Judgments in Our Daily Lives among others.  His latest book, Our Search for Belonging:  How Our Need to Connect is Tearing Us Apart, is particularly relevant in today's highly charged political landscape.

Ross will be discussing his book and sharing his insights on DEI. Facilitated by CADIA Founder and CEO, Cheryl Thompson, this is a not-to-miss session.

DEI Assessment & Roadmap:  Are You Ready for the Journey?

speaker on stage in front of an audience

CADIA's Assessment and Roadmap delivers a plan that aligns with company DEI goals and objectives, is actionable and offers built in accountability.

CADIA offers a DEI Assessment to companies interested in understanding where they stand relative to a corporate maturity model of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. The assessment allows an organization to identify and plan for next best steps to accomplish the company’s strategic vision for DEI.

The final work products are simple written documents and diagrams, with one or more stakeholder conversations to help gain organizational alignment on DE&I efforts and expected outcomes.

Organizations may also elect to have a scheduled quarterly check-in with CADIA staff as a means to provide continuity and accountability.

For more information contact Jennifer Harding.
