ERG and BRG Success: Invite CADIA in to Rev Up your efforts
|
Rev Up Your Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Initiative. The ERG/BRG Summit is designed to synchronize the efforts of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) towards a unified direction, fostering an environment of collaboration and shared purpose.
By bringing together the key players involved in DEI—from those who lead these initiatives to those who sponsor and support them—the summit offers a unique opportunity to build a cohesive strategy that moves everyone forward together.
The ERG Unity Summit is more than just a workshop; it is a commitment to transforming how ERGs operate and collaborate. It's an essential step for any organization looking to strengthen their DEI efforts, align their teams, and create a more inclusive culture where every voice is heard and valued.
By the end of the session, participants will leave with a clear understanding of how to align their ERG strategies with organizational goals.

"ERGs and BRGs can run out of steam. There are many reasons for the burnout but it's real. Ideally companies want to align ERG efforts with business objectives. But keeping the ERGs all working together toward common goals can be difficult to execute. It does not have to be that hard. The first step is building unity, and then creating a roadmap that makes sense for the ERGs, the groups they represent, leadership and the company.” --Margaret Baxter, Executive Director, CADIA

What’s new?
- The roundtable membership will be extended to include ERG leaders, HR professionals, DEI Council members as well as DEI professionals.
- It will offer more ERG-specific content on a quarterly basis.
- Meeting topics will be published well in advance of the meetings.
- The meetings will be held virtually every 3rd Wednesday of the month from noon - 1 pm ET.
What’s the same?
- The hour-long format that includes both roundtable discussion and a single topic focus.
- The forum’s commitment to sharing DEI information, best practices and practical solutions.
In May we will be discussing DEI and Mental Health before we shift gears in June with the expanded membership and have a kickoff meeting all about ERGs/BRGs and how to synchronize the efforts of ERGs/BRGs towards a unified direction, fostering an environment of collaboration and shared purpose.
If you are already a member, register now. If you are not a member, Request a guest invitation to audit an upcoming meeting to see if it's a fit for your company.
