CADIA News Digest September 2024
|
Many of our recent discussions with members have centered on the future of DEI and the trends and influences that alter what we call it, how it shows up in the workplace, and how we discuss it in broader conversations. Without a doubt, DEI is evolving.
As we move forward, it’s essential to keep in mind that DEI isn’t just a trend or a checkbox—it's a fundamental aspect of building a more equitable and inclusive workplace. And while the journey may be fraught with obstacles, the work remains as crucial as ever.
CADIA stands ready and committed to work with members and the broader automotive community to continue this journey. We will stay the course, support DEI initiatives, and continue to advocate for the values that will ultimately lead to a more just and inclusive automotive industry.
If you are a member and seek additional resources on trends in DEI, the future of DEI and CADIA meeting content where DEI risk and compliance was discussed, contact us and we will direct you to our recent polls, conversations and third party research.

“We think the current diverse Accelerator cohort reflects the trend toward embedding DEI across all company functions. Rather than confining it to HR or a DEI office it ensures that inclusion becomes part of the organizational DNA. It’s about integrating these principles into every decision, every process, and every interaction.”
