Meeting Topic: Women's ERGs & Their Allies: Allyship That Works
Special in-person meeting at Webasto, Auburn Hills, MI. Join in person or via Zoom for an ally panel discussion and facilitated peer learning session focused on practical allyship strategies.
Women's ERGs and their allies are doing the work that matters: removing barriers, creating opportunity, and building cultures where talent thrives. This roundtable brings together women leaders and allies from across the automotive industry to share what's actually working—the specific actions, the course-corrections, and the strategies that make a difference in everyday workplace dynamics.
We'll hear from allies across different companies about real moments where they recognized barriers and took action. Then we'll break into facilitated discussions to tackle scenarios every automotive workplace faces—from the sponsorship gap to unintentional offenses to recognizing invisible contributions. Together, we'll build a peer-generated best practices guide based on your collective wisdom. This session is designed for both women's ERG leaders and the allies who show up—because the most effective strategies come from working together.
All are welcome. Please invite women's ERG leaders, allies, HR teams, and DEI advocates.
PLEASE NOTE: You will receive Zoom information (as a backup) regardless if you choose the in-person option. If attending in person, directions to Webasto will be provided.

The CADIA DEI Roundtable Series is a forum for the open exchange of information and best practices for diversity and inclusion in the automotive industry and is open to roundtable members and invited guests.
