CADIA Connects welcomes Erin Dewsbury-Ribeiro—author, DEI practitioner, and powerful voice for inclusive leadership—for a thoughtful conversation on allyship inspired by her book, Dreaming in Color: An Allyship Journey. 

Erin explores allyship as a conscious, everyday choice—one shaped by our lived experiences, values, and willingness to grow. Through personal stories and real-world insight, she invites us to reflect on our own journeys, examine our motivations, and better understand what it truly means to show up for others with intention and care. Her message is both hopeful and practical—reminding us that allyship doesn’t require perfection, but it does require courage. 

Join us for this inspiring session as we explore how each of us can build deeper connections, foster belonging, and actively shape a more inclusive future—one conscious choice at a time.
