Join us in October for a powerful CADIA Connects session with Alan Hejl, a disability advocate with and founder and lead consultant with Spark Access who works at the intersection of workforce development and accessibility.

Alan will share surprising statistics about people with disabilities in the workplace and discuss practical ways companies can overcome barriers to hiring, engaging, and advancing disabled employees.
