Join us in October for a powerful CADIA Connects session on disability inclusion and employment. Hear from Alan Hejl, Founder and Lead Consultant of Spark Access, Nacsha Ealy, Business Relations Consultant with Michigan Rehabilitation Services, and Catherine Sherry, Director of Staffing of Onward Accessibility.

Guest speakers will share statistics about people with disabilities in the workplace and discuss practical ways companies can develop strategies and resources to overcome barriers to hiring, engaging, and advancing disabled employees to build a more accessible and barrier-free future.

This conversation is  timely as we approach National Disability Employment Awareness Month (Oct.) and International Day of Persons with Disabilities on December 3.   Host a watch party to celebrate the month!
