This isn't sustainable leadership; it's a recipe for burnout that ultimately serves no one.

This learning lab reframes self-care as a strategic leadership skill.

When you understand your emotions, manage your energy, and set clear boundaries, you don't just protect yourself—you model the kind of leadership that creates calm, focused teams and sustainable impact. Participants will learn practical tools to manage their own energy regulate their nervous system, and prevent others' lack of regulation from derailing their effectiveness.

You'll Learn How To:

Recognize the difference between self-care and self-abandonment in ERG leadership
Use emotional awareness and energy management to influence team dynamics positively
Set energetic boundaries that protect your capacity without compromising your impact
Create sustainable systems that support both personal wellbeing and ERG success

Mini Exercise: We'll complete an "Energy and Boundaries Audit" where you'll identify your current patterns, recognize where you're abandoning your own needs, and design practical shifts that honor both your wellbeing and your ERG's mission.

This isn't about bubble baths and saying no to everything—it's about leading from a place of strength, clarity, and intentional energy management that serves your ERG's long-term success.

Whether you’re a seasoned lead or just stepping into an ERG role, this session will offer immediate, actionable strategies to keep your fire lit—without burning out.
