CADIA Connects - February 2024

Tuesday, February 13, 2024 (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) (EST)

Description

Topic: DENSO Burmese Network: An ERG Case Study and Success Story

The DENSO Burmese Network is a unique ERG that was formed to address the needs of a specific employee population at the company's Battle Creek, Michigan, thermal manufacturing facility.

By all measures, the ERG has been highly successful, and has launched many new conversations, trainings and light bulb moments across DENSO's North American sites that have influenced other ERGs and overall inclusion at the company.

Moderator: Lisa D'Amore, VP, DEI CADIA

Guest speakers:

  • Denise Carlson, vice president of DENSO's North America Production Innovation Center and lead for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging
  • Christina Khim, advanced HR business partner and co-chair of the DENSO Burmese Network
  • Heidi Groulx, manager of Culture Transformation

Join us for a conversation about the DENSO Burmese Network and lessons learned that can help other companies re-frame their thinking about inclusion and ERGs.
