Topic: Shaping the Future of DEI: A Conversation on the Framework of the Future

Author, speaker, consultant and facilitator Mark Williams, VP of Learning and Consulting, White Men as Full Diversity Partners will join CADIA at a special time to explore the past, present and future of DEI, and the forces that will shape that future.

Joining Mark will be Florencia Stanfield, Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Schaeffler.  Florencia has been in the DEI field for 9+ years and will share her experience and join the conversation on a vision for the future. 

With a focus on how organizations can promote inclusion while navigating political and social challenges, this session will provide actionable insights for leaders committed to building a more inclusive workplace.  Guests are asked to come prepared to join in the dialogue as we examine DEI of past years and decades and contemplate what its future will be within our organizations.
