The survey, covering over 3,400 respondents, reveals that ERGs are recognized for fostering an inclusive environment but show a gap in aligning their activities with broader business outcomes.

We will discuss key recommendations, including pursuing more impactful goals and addressing energy gaps among members. This conversation will be crucial in refining ERG strategies to drive both individual and organizational growth.
