CADIA's Accelerator DEI Certification Program includes a final capstone project developed by participants and intended for broad use within the automotive, transportation and defense industries. The projects are intended to be put in your hands to implement in your own company if they would be useful.  The projects are:

• Self-Assessment for Courageous Conversations
• Setting Up Your Company for Success through Inclusive Hiring
• Engage it Forward through CORE Conversations (C-Culture, O-Ownership, R-Respect, E-Equity)
• Take 5 for DEI: Maximizing Meeting Time for Impactful Dialogue and Transformation

CADIA Connects is a no-cost, hour-long Zoom meeting designed to help professionals stay connected and find common ground.
